CDAS Parole Report

CDAS has recently published and presented a report studying the effects of innocence claims on parole ineligibility. The report prepared by Rachel Barsky and Adam J.E. Blanchard presents recommendations for how to eliminate reliance on an inmate's innocence claim when evaluating whether to grant parole.
