CDAS Directors respond to 'threat to the rule of law'

On behalf of CDAS and the Canadian Bar Association, directors Kasandra Cronin, Jeffrey Campbell, Q.C., Tony Paisana, and Mark Gervin responded to a recent petition calling for the removal of BC Provincial Court Judge, Paul Meyers. The response, which was published by the Vancouver Province, explains that while it is important to express opinions about judicial decisions, this type of action undermines the rule of law.
