NOTICE - 2019 CDAS AGM

CDAS will be holding its 2019 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) on March 9, 2020 from 4:30-5:30 pm at the Courthouse Library (3rd floor – 800 Smithe Street, Vancouver, BC). The following proposed resolution is on the agenda for the AGM.

  1. Special Resolution to adopt the proposed amended bylaws.

The proposed amended bylaws are attached to this email for review prior to the Special Resolution. Also on the agenda for the AGM are:

  1. A summary of CDAS’s 2019 contributions to criminal law in BC and across Canada; and

  2. The Financial Report will be presented to the membership.
